"Well, my friend, you seem a bit lost..."
"A bit, yes... I'm on my way to Cania. But who are you?"
"Nosawr, cousin of Pinh, son of Terra Cogita, at your service… Cania, you say? Ho, ho, ho! That place is huge! And it's not a nice neighborhood! You don't know what you're getting yourself into..."
"You seem to know your way about..."
"Are you kidding! I know this place like the back of my hand! Plains, moors, mountains, desert, forest… It's a quite the geography lesson! But, even I almost got lost in there, can you believe it? I don't know, but... since my last trip, things seem to have changed. I couldn't even find the clearing where I took that Enutrofette to... Well, anyway!" I'm losing my train of thought. You might lose yours too. Ho, ho, ho!"
"Very funny. Is that all you have to tell me?"
"Ho, ho, ho! You are a sensitive soul! But there are worse things to worry about: the enemy is everywhere!"
"Yes, so I've heard. Bworks, Imps, Trools… They don't scare me!"
"Oh that lot? I know them well enough, they don't worry me at all. I've seen far worse in my time. But that's just it! I really have seen the others! By Enutrof's beard! Some of them made my blood run cold!"
"You're taking me for a ride."
"Oh no, but you will have to ride fast! Ho, ho, ho!" To start with, there's the
Vetauran, who has joined the
Cania Ruffians!
The Vetauran, Level 70
He has three forms of attack:
Skullduggery*: 2 AP, increases damage caused by its allies;
Goring*: 4 AP, causes Earth damage and an "Unhealable" state, on an orthogonal line from the caster;
not to mention his
Green Izélé Sweater: 4 AP, inflicts Earth Damage and an Intelligence penalty on the targets it hits within a 3-square radius… I can see that one of us won't last long, ho, ho, ho!"
"Hey there! Don't you think I've got what it takes?"
"Well, of course not! For you...um... how do you feel about some
Nut Cutting*? Ho, ho, ho!"
"You've got a sh...y sense of humor"
"Yeah, I know...
Scream of Rage* is more your style. You know why? Scream of Rage increases the base damage caused by Nut Cutting! Ho, ho, ho!" Those are two of
Bliblycerin's attacks. You will find him... or rather,
he will find you, in the
Cania Moors! If you get my drift?
Bliblycerin, Level 150
Nut Cutting*: 4 AP, inflicts Earth Damage in a cone shape in front of the caster and decreases MP.
Scream of Rage*: 0 AP (passive spell) is cast automatically when damage is received from a distance; Increases base damage from Nut Cutting and the size of the caster for 3 turns.
Blibli Attraction*: 3 AP, attracts an enemy 3 squares closer and increases the caster's power each time an opponent is hit.
Bestial Rabble*: 3 AP, inflicts Earth Damage on the target and removes damage, then pushes the target away and moves the caster forward one square.
"A total nutter, that guy! Be careful around him."
"No problem about that! The thing is..."
"What?"
"It's just that... I think I left something at home... I better stop by the house first..."
"Ho, ho, ho! Holy Dragonturkey, you're a brave young'un?
"It's not that at all!"
"Oh no, don't do that to me! Go at least as far as
Cania Fields, you'll find some enemies your own size. A
Plains Larva, how would that suit you? Ho, ho, ho!"
"Hey, have you finished yet? Well, actually, that is on my way."
"While you're there, head over to the
Cania Massif. You can say hello to the
Imps for me!"
"Well, okay! I won't forget."
"You can meet their new automatons. I'm sure you'll like them. You'll love the
Equipped Chest. There's one case, where smaller is better! The total opposite of the little Enutrofette, which... um... well. Okay, listen to this:
The Equipped Chest, Level 60
Legal Assembly*: 4 AP, summons a random automaton.
Brick's Throw*: 2 AP, causes single-target damage from a distance in a random element and reduces the target's resistance to that element.
Construction*: 1 AP, earns 1 AP indefinitely, and gives 1 AP to adjacent allies for 3 turns.
So what do you think? Oops, I forgot my personal favorite:
Disassembly*: 10 AP, kills a player in close combat and removes all the effects of Construction, giving 1 AP!
Disassembly, get the picture? Like pulling apart a puzzle... ho, ho, ho! Hang on, where did that come from?"
"I remember now! I have a Blibli on the stove."
"Wait, there are some
Eltneg Wood Trools too, and some..."
"I really have to get going. Thanks for everything!"
"Ah, young'uns these days! They want Bwork and pay for the Bwork, but it all has to come easily! Back in my day..."
