And this year, beauty in every shade, shape and form is going to be celebrated at the Miss and Mister World of Twelve Pageant! So it's now or never for showing off the very best of yourself and proving to all other Twelvians that it's YOU who's the hot guy or the super girl of the moment!

The pageant will take place in three rounds. We'll start with our first challenge, which will allow us to select a male and a female of each class from each server. In the second round, we'll work out who's the most handsome male and the most beautiful female of each class out of all the servers. And finally, during the ultimate challenge, we'll find out who the two winners of the whole competition are out of all the classes.

 

In the first challenge, "Love the Skin You're In", you have to design the skin that you think best suits a given title. We know! They're going to be lining up for this first challenge! This is why we've had to split the servers into six groups. Each group will be given a specific title as well as different challenge starting dates.

Quite obviously, the pageant is open to everyone (including all classes and servers). Each person may only enter once. It couldn't be simpler to give it a go: All you need to do is send us a screenshot of your character in the game (shift+f2), looking their best, of course! Caution! Don't go touching it up or cutting it to size or anything.

The jury, made up of Ankama team members, will evaluate them using the following criteria:

• Compliance with instructions (format and absence of image editing, etc.)
• Compliance with theme
• Chosen scenery
• The originality of the outfit (Coulives being the easiest to mix and match).
• And overall harmony

As with last year's event, in the final challenge, you'll be asked to vote… and your decision will make up half of the final points!

Let's move on now to the reason we're all actually here: the rewards!

• First challenge: a Makeover Pack: a Face/Color Change Potion (576 prizes).
• Second challenge: your choice of Haven Bag (36 prizes) + 1 exclusive "Incarnated Class 649" title.

Perceptors are in the line of fire! Up next for this eleventh Labors of Hyrkul challenge is dropping maximum resources with Perceptors between November 16 and 18. But before launching the assault, a few words on the ultimate rewards: You have a say in the matter!

The 12 Labors of Hyrkul started last January, and since then you've had an opportunity to win server-wide bonuses every month. But the rewards don't stop there! We already unveiled the rewards promised to players on the server that comes out on top at the end of the 12 challenges: a double XP and double drop bonus weekend, an unlimited bunch of keys (including to dungeons in the divine dimensions), and… an exclusive ornament.

Until now, all players could get all the ornaments present in the game regardless of server if they completed the associated achievements. Upon reflection, we do not want ornaments to be obtained any other way.

But don't worry; we already have a new, much bigger reward planned to offer you instead of the ornament: a complete ceremonial set with headgear, cape, shield, and a new title!

"I've Got Resources!"

That said, let's get straight to the point and tackle those Perceptors head-on! They're the ones who'll be taking it on the chin in November. Goal: From Friday, November 16 (0:01 a.m. Paris time) to Sunday, Nov. 18 (11:59 p.m. Paris time), drop the most resources from Perceptors. In other words, show that you've got resources! 
The resources harvested once the challenge is launched will also be counted for Perceptors placed beforehand. 

Winnings

At the end of the challenge, winnings will be distributed in server-wide rewards for the first three, and in points for the overall rankings.

Rewards

For the three winners, the loot generated by Perceptors will be increased by 300% from October 26 through 28 as follows:

November 23 to 25 for the server in 1^st place

November 24 and 25 for the server in 2^nd place

November 24 for the server in 3^rd place

Points

At the end of the challenge, all the servers will receive points, distributed as follows:

16 points for the server in 1^st place,

15 points for the server in 2^nd place,

14 points for the server in 3^rd place,

And so on, down to 1 point for the server in 16^th place.

- Specific Servers: If the Heroic, Epic, and Single-Account servers reach the top 5 in this challenge, they'll receive the same bonus as the server in 1^st place.

Overall Rankings

Despite everything, Julith managed to keep its top spot in the general rankings, but showed that nothing's a done deal yet by marking much fewer points than its main competitors, Ush and Brumen, in the last challenge. Ilyzaelle continued its wonderful performance, and has never been closer to stepping on the podium. Also worth noting is Furye's rise in the general rankings, taking advantage of the meager results by Agride and Ombre in this challenge.

Master of Dreams, Draconiros doesn't usually leave the heights of the Astral Plane to meddle in Twelvians' daily business. Except… Except that his dreams revealed the end of the World of Twelve and the death of dreamers, and the consequences would be dire! How can this be prevented? The answer is in your hands.

Who could ever have imagined that the Astral Plane – created by the dreams of Draconiros's father, the dragon Prysmaradoth – would one day disappear? And yet, Draconiros's dire vision heralded exactly that. The end of the World of Twelve would mean the end of dreamers, and thus the end of dreams and their dimension.

An unacceptable upset for this divine dragon and friend of Magus Ax! Draconiros has found a solution: the Well of Infinite Dreams, a collective dream that would outlast those who created it.

But its success depends on you…

The Call of Draconiros

It will all go down between November 13 and December 5,  during an extraordinary odyssey that you will have to complete! (The event will be activated in the afternoon).

To discover the various stages in this odyssey, head to the Achievement interface and complete the assigned goals. By doing so, you can obtain Dream Reflections in the next update, scheduled for December 4. The November 9 devblog explains the principles – a valuable and crucial read!

What are these infamous goals?

• Defeat dungeon keepers to start! Each victory earns you Dream Fragments.
• Then, by talking with the NPCs Gobl and Turbe at Astrub zaap, you can exchange those Dream Fragments for exclusive rewards:
  • a title to show everyone your accomplishments;
  • Rikoh, a ceremonial pet;
  • the mini-bosses' soul stones.
• With the help of these soul stones, call mini-bosses to the arenas of Bonta or Brakmar and fight them again!
• This will earn you dream coins that you can exchange later in the Infinite Dreams for Dream Reflections!

Win Dream Fragments

Defeating a dungeon keeper will win you a large number of Dream Fragments. You can fight the keeper again, but watch out: After your first victory, the winnings will drop considerably.

The good news is that every week (during the weekly maintenance on Tuesday mornings), the defeated boss counter will be reset and you can fight them again for the maximum reward, which will be added to your earlier winnings!

The earlier you start, the more victories you can get under your belt and the more rewards you can get to have a comfortable head start when the next update is launched!

Leaderboard and Other Rewards

That's already excellent, even essential, but it's not all. Because winning is good, but it's even better when everyone knows about it! A specific leaderboard will, therefore, be set up. It's up to you to do your utmost to climb to the top and receive additional rewards: titles and subscriptions!

Answering the Draconiros's call is both useful and indispensable. Don't wait a single minute!

The veil between the world of dreams and the world of the gods is barely as thick as a Kaliptus leaf. About a year ago, we asked you to complete a survey so we could find out more about what you wanted to see in DOFUS. One revolution around the sun later, it's time to take stock!

Leading into this assessment, along with this year's new features, we added new content we really wanted to see, and with which we also wanted to surprise you: the Stubbyobs, integrating unlimited orbs into the game, in tandem with new equipment sets. Besides, for the end of this year as well, on the eve of the 15th birthday of DOFUS, we felt like delighting you: a quest for the Ebony Dofus, another one for those of you who collected the six Primordial Dofus, and the Infinite Dreams. Upon seeing the comments on the subject, it looks like we succeeded.

But let's not anticipate this future success. Now, let's talk about 2018's content. As a reminder, we asked you to select five proposals – from among the 17 provided by the community – that you thought were essential. Below, you'll find the 10 most-frequent requests, next to the updates that responded to each of them.

On October 27, the teams Out of Control and Omae faced off against each other live from the Paris Games Week for the DOFUS World Series final. After losing a final at DreamHack in May, the team Out of Control finally raises the trophy this season!

After a season full of twists and surprises, the DOFUS World Series final between Out of Control and Omae marked the climax of the 3^rd season of the competition. The public flocked to the LeStream stage at the Paris Games Week and the Twitch channel of the same name to watch the spectacle offered by the two teams. With Zouloux and our team of experienced casters to host and commentate the matches, everything was in place for us to witness a superb event!

An Undisputed Outcome

The first match of the face-off set the tone for the final: Out of Control surprised the opponents with Uxii on a Fire Masqueraider, perfect for dealing with Chealounet's Eniripsa, who had all-but-adequate resistances. Right from the 3rd round, the fight really starting to go the Season 2 finalists' way, so they started this BO5 in the same way as at DreamHack, leading 1-0.

According to the two teams' players, the 2nd match went Omae's way largely by chance. And even though they got into real trouble in the early rounds, Shriker and his partners quickly realized victory was possible. Although Jayks's shield points allowed Omae to play for time for a few turns, the team finally caved in, getting pinned down at 2-0.

Back on stage for an already-decisive 3rd match, Out of Control started off again with the desire to bring the final to a close right now. As for Omae, the team tried a long shot with a combo from Jayks's Rogue, which unfortunately wasn't enough to overcome any opponents. The match remained too close to call, with Psyche and Uxii both on the verge of death. It was therefore Chimerya who managed to finish off the opposing Ouginak, thus giving the team a clear advantage. Omae seemed to be heading toward its first victory.

But the players from Out of Control hadn't said their last word, with Shriker rushing to revive his ally, thus reviving the fight. After several rounds of high tension, Psychx couldn't hold out any longer, and team Omae's last chances disappeared along with him in this confrontation. Out of Control thereby won the final with a conclusive score of 3-0!

Unfortunately for Omae, Out of Control was unstoppable at the end of this season, winning both its semi-final and final without losing a single round. After having been eliminated twice by GamersOrigin in the semi-final of the first season, then in the final of the second one, they finally took the title of champions they had so longed for!
Uxii, Vendetta-Gorgon, Shriker, and Firewave all walk away with a mini DWS trophy, along with a cash prize of over €17,000.
 

The Outcome of a Great Season

Before giving the last word about this season, we would like to give a big thank-you to everyone who contributed to making the competition a great success:

• DOFUS JeuxOnline for their wagering contests, great as ever!
• The unofficial streams that broadcast the qualifiers.
• The volunteers who refereed all the qualifiers in August.
• And of course, all the teams – whether they were in the championship or not – who spent many hours a week training to give us a show worthy of the challenge!

Thanks to them, we were able to witness a wonderful season full of unexpected results. We could talk about the surprising downfall of GamersOrigin, the roller-coaster results of Oplon-OV and Millenium, or the absolutely astounding journey of team Omae, the new arrivals to the championship. And obviously not forgetting the crowning final of Out of Control, after having taken part in the DOFUS World Series championship three times.

All these events are added to the history of the DWS, which is making its way with its (already) veterans, new arrivals, and headliners!

At the conclusion of the first round, all servers are represented by one male and one female character from each class. Now it's time to decide between them! Which will be the most beautiful representatives of their class across all servers? That's what the "Dungeonology" round will reveal, taking place from November 23 through 30.

Once the jury – made up of Ankama members – has done its job at the end of this second round, only one male and one female character from each class will still be in the running. The final round will reveal the future Miss and Mister World of Twelve 649 from among those who remain. The lucky winners will receive an exclusive title, a Kwismas pack, and an item of special ceremonial headgear.

This time, it's all about using your appearance to pay tribute to your favorite boss. Keep the character and class you used for round No. 1, and create a made-to-measure skin!

The jury will evaluate them using the following criteria:

• Chosen scenery,
• The originality of the outfit (Coulives being the easiest to mix and match),
